Tralee IT Subsequent Testing
On An Open Vent Oil Fired Boiler System 19th November 2010:
Testing for dissolved oxygen under normal domestic heating cycle
showed that the oxygen content of the heating water was reduced
to an inert level after a weeks running from start up. Hot water
recovery in hot water cylinder was improved and energy savings
of 21.75% with Tadpole installed.

Tralee IT Test On An Open Vent Oil
Fired Boiler System 15th June 2010:
Tests carried out at Tralee Institute Of Technology on an open
vent oil fired boiler system installation demonstrates Tadpoles
ability to reduce the oxygen in the heating water to an inert
level thereby eliminating corrosion and increasing the efficiency
of the heating system by up to 15%. It also shows savings in energy
use of 23.5% and that is without taking account of domestic hot
water usage.

TUV NEL TEST ON THE BISTRO:
A test was carried out by Alphatherm in '07-'08 to evaluate the efficacy of Tadpole. Alphatherem fitted Tadpole to their canteen facility called The Bistro at their plant in Kent. Initial results indicated that Tadpole was producing energy savings of 27% in gas usage. The tests were subsequently evaluated by TUV NEL who conservatorily attributed a saving of 15% to Tadpole

ICE ENERGY TEST ON GROUND SOURCE HEAT PUMP:
ICE Energy carried out tests with Tadpole on a ground source heat pump. Tadpole was fitted to the primary circuit and resulted in an increase in C.O.P. of 8%
